Dorset Council  
The Dorset Council website has a section dedicated to ‘Care and support for adults’ where there is a lot of information and resources. These include a community directory, help living at home, carers help and support, financial advice, nutritional information and Blue Badge application. The directory includes information such as arranging carelines, transport, hot meal services and arranging care
